I just lost my white Maria w full set of runes all level 12
she just disappeared from form w gears n runes. got the gears back when i put a hero into form, but runes r all gone (yes I refreshed, still no show)
guess i shouldn't hope for any kind of response from support, huh
one thing for sure, i'm not going to build a new set of runes...
