TOS: No resolution of violations

Why is it after repeated violations of TOS does Tynon not respond to tickets, nor take action for a player sending lewd, vulgar, sexual content in mails to more than one player unsolicited in what by indications is meant to degrade, harass an intimidate another? Graphic sexual content in player to player mail should never be tolerated. Oh, sorry my bad, it wasn't a cheat that cost loss of $, nor a gripe that draws more than a 'turn the head laugh' ? Where's Benson or Stabler? Tynon have a staff anymore that responds to anything other that a folded blue legal folder? Who else has seen this and simply ignores or gives up trying to eradicate these sleazers? Crying 'wolf' or more widespread?

Kaisim was agreeing with the OP who was asking why ToS violation complaints never seem to dealt with. The guy wasn't asking for help just expressing his opinion.

And to answer the OP's question. The trouble is with these kinds of complaints it's extremely difficult to prove, it doesn't make it right that this kind of behaviour is allowed but it seems this hotbed of vile spit will continue. All I can say is block the perpetrators and hope they go away.

And why would it be hard to prove? A screen shot and a ticket should suffice. But alas, Tynon has no interest in player satisfaction. Tynon has no interest in this game. They must have fleeced enough players to make a profit and now will let it die

We have had a player hurling racial abuse in realm chat. Screen shots were sent to Tynon but because the offender was a big spender nothing happened. Except for those being attacked quitting.
