Create a game, be involved in the community for the first 6-12 months while the devs are creating another game behind the scenese to release shortly after and let the free standing games rack in the cash.. sounds like a good business plan to me lolz

Yes I heard about Heroes Charge, seems to have done well for uCool's first app game.

Anyway, Evony has waned somewhat over the last 3 years but if you were there during the heights of 2009/10 it was a different story. Servers opened nearly everyday in 2009 and within a year beta then the live launch of Age II. Evony was a big hit during it's time but it star fell after it went bot-o-matic. The forums has a massive following too, until the best contributors all vanished. If you were there during 2010 you know what I mean.

uCool's using the revenue from Evony, Tynon and CoE to fund development and advertising for Heroes Charge.

After all their failed attempts, they finally hit the jackpot with HC.

So until there are stupid players still putting cash into dead games like Evony, Tynon and CoE, ucool will still prevail.

and you'd think it would be a good idea to give your current gamers from all your current (soon to be doomed) games promotions and gamecodes for your on TV and everywhere else pushed and promoted game.
apps are hot right now, and great reviews only poor in because they want the 5 star rewards but when you read the comments you will see a lot that give 5 stars and tell them off about how average or even bad it is. it wont last long and the new concept is to make as much money as possible in the shortest time you can before something else comes up.
i always thought of tynon as a great foundation for an app game or even a shared internet/app platform, but i guess i was wrong on that one... or maybe the same people who thought it would be a bad idea to not transfer their existing users to new games are still in charge?

agree with you and i would even demand the 20.000$ i spend on gems this year replaced for unserious gaming staff, i feel cheated and when i see people in one to two weeks pass me and i been in from beginning, anyone think we have the right to get our money back since they just dont care? at least i will sue them with others who wil join who have spend more than 20.000$ in one year and dont get treated as a vip either.

why would anybody think a Game is an investment? I always thought they were for fun.Did i miss read the U Cool contract?I dont recall them saying anything about investment.Were we supposed to get some kind of kick back?Not quite sure how that would work.hmmmmmmm....
