no you wont and i tell you why:
no lawyer will take your case because in the user agreement (or TOS) its clearly stated that you are paying to be allowed to use their services. all virtual property/software/pixels or call it whatever, remains property of ucool and under no circumstances you purchased a real item.

also, i would love to see your paypal history confirming spending 20k on an online game, please make my day! actually, i offer you $20 to recover some of your costs if you can prove it to me.

Actually Kaisim is wrong!!! In California you can sue them anytime you wish. There is a plethora of lawyers that would take the issue/s to court. Nothing is truly binding until SCOTA has ruled on it. Even then the case can be rewritten and submitted under a different format. Roe v Wade was upheld and overturned for years and some are still fighting to change the latest ruling. As it would be against forum rules, I am not advocating for anyone to bring suit. Do not want to get the mods into a dither.

Bringing a lawsuit over something that doesn't belong to you? Even in Cali I think you'll be laughed at.

Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems

Possibly, but lawyers do not always take money to win, they just want any ones money. If a person is willing to pay the lawyer is willing to play.

nope, i am not. there is only one known case where a supreme court has ruled for a gamer and the company had to refund him his money (taiwan i believe - and only because he was able to prove that the company didnt give him what he paid for), like 20 years ago or so and i believe that since then all software companies have covered their bases unless they didnt let you use their software for a reason that didnt get you banned from the game other than mentioned in the TOS and use of "your" account (your in quotes because technically its not).

PS: any lawyer will work pro bono for you if (!!!) they see a clear chance in winning the case. in case you do find a lawyer that would take on the case i would recommend to find someone else because that one only took the case cause no one else would hire an idiot like him/her in the first place...
