Actually Kaisim is wrong!!! In California you can sue them anytime you wish. There is a plethora of lawyers that would take the issue/s to court. Nothing is truly binding until SCOTA has ruled on it. Even then the case can be rewritten and submitted under a different format. Roe v Wade was upheld and overturned for years and some are still fighting to change the latest ruling. As it would be against forum rules, I am not advocating for anyone to bring suit. Do not want to get the mods into a dither.

Possibly, but lawyers do not always take money to win, they just want any ones money. If a person is willing to pay the lawyer is willing to play.
nope, i am not. there is only one known case where a supreme court has ruled for a gamer and the company had to refund him his money (taiwan i believe - and only because he was able to prove that the company didnt give him what he paid for), like 20 years ago or so and i believe that since then all software companies have covered their bases unless they didnt let you use their software for a reason that didnt get you banned from the game other than mentioned in the TOS and use of "your" account (your in quotes because technically its not).

PS: any lawyer will work pro bono for you if (!!!) they see a clear chance in winning the case. in case you do find a lawyer that would take on the case i would recommend to find someone else because that one only took the case cause no one else would hire an idiot like him/her in the first place...
