Might be sitting on beach laughing at us while sipping on $20 drinks. Who knows. I don't care. If you are unhappy go play elsewhere. To write your "I'm unhappy you didn't bring Santa back" letters makes be think your were a bad little kid and got lumps of coal in your stockings. LOL.
I'd advise ending this Thread myself.
This forum is for game advise, game suggestions that make sense, or just for fun. Whiners please write your complaints to BooHooIWant santa. com. BlackDragon
you are missing the "spirit" of this thread and currently you are the only one really complaining for no reason.

SO to some it may seem like whining for free stuff. But it is much much more then that to many of us. Yes I wanted free cool downs to catch up to those who hit the glass ceiling. But i would not have been as frustrated as I am if they had at least bothered to turn on the Christmas decorations, I would be even less frustrated if a uCool employee would have also posted that Santa is not giving out free cool downs this year and it was a one time thing. I would be even less frustrated if they would just say this game is over and no further development is planned thank you for your money and your support, please check out our other new games.

But instead we get nothing at all. Just a money grab with packs, and a whole lot of speculation.
well said matt, i would like to point out that last year with the free cooldowns there was also additional cooldowns that where available for gems. also some might have bought coins/credits from the fair for gems and found other reasons to spend them, so yes it is also a business opportunity that was ignored - not only by missing decorations/tree that are supposed to give you the spirit of buying/spending and motivate you to buy packages.
one last thing i would like to point out is that in our guild we are lucky to have at 20 active players (online daily) and another 10+ semi active players. not a single of our guild members has bothered to buy any christmas package and we even had 1 player leaving us in disappointment who had saved coins/credits for santa (another who would have bought packages).
its really sad to look at about how many opportunities ucool has missed to generate additional revenue with just "a few clicks"
