well not enough to lose sleep over
no point in putting in a ticket, no evidence, and no stanley to reply
been 5 months since i spent here, and if things dont improve soon wont be playing much longer

also im not sure how i can misinterpret the counting, if i spin 30 gold heroes 30*26=780
if i have gained 767 spirits, it doesnt work :/ unless i turned 29 1/2 cards :P

EDIT PS: just going over this again shortly after posting my comment, i just realized something and would like to ask you if you really doubt basic math and trying to tell us that either
a) 3x26 /2 is not 39
b) 13+26 is not 39
or c) both of the above?

think about that again... and please point out the mistake in math that was made.
i think you are missing the point because this is not about to confirm basic math, this is to explain how service came up with "13 missing spirits" but they are not missing and he made a very plausible mistake. but then again, maybe service hasnt made a mistake and he is up to an undiscovered bug
