maybe calling out a tech from your ISP can help

PS: i also recently had a problem with my internet i wasnt aware off and a tech came out to fix problems to my PVR and TV, however he pointed out that the modem plugged into the power bar (i have TV/internet/phone on the same provider) could lead to problems... the reason i am telling this is not because i am trying to bore you to death but because after he unplugged the modem and plugged it into another outlet without a powerbar i literally experienced a difference of day and night
My ISP is mweb while my tv is mnet and dstv and my phone is TELKOM and MTN (Few people would have heard of these). I run under multiple service providers and am aware of the fact that multiple things running under the same service provider can lead to problems.
I have cleared all temp files, flash cache, changed from mozilla firefox to internet explorer to chrome, disabled plugins and addons, disabled fancy visual effects,

I have done the following:
Removed temp files.
Removed flash cache.
Changed from Mozilla Firefox to IE to Chrome.
Disabled plugins and addons and adblocks. (Irritated me)
Disabled fancy visual effects.
Updated to the latest version of everything including Adobe flash player.
Removed any potential threats from my computer.
Refreshed and booted computer millions of times.
I have freed up space on my computer (Deletion of unnecessary files).
My ISP has also been updated.
