    Random gem loss

Is anyone else just randomly losing gems? I checked my desktop to make sure I was still connected. I always leave my game logged. Went down stairs, grabbed my coffee and the laptop to grind. Noticed after grinding a while my gem count was different. I checked the desk top cuz the screen was still up just had the disconnected message on it and sure enough it showed 10 more gems than the lap top. Last I knew it did not cost anything grind.

I periodically lose 100 gems when visiting the fair. The interface is bad, and sometimes registers a click on the fair as a purchase of coins or credits. Reason I stopped spending money on this game- getting nickle and dimed by the game interface.

Watch the timer and make sure you don't click buy when it has less than a minute until refresh!
By making cheap mistakes like this you are wasting lots of time, effort, and money. Especially for the fact that you know there is a response delay or a glitch in the system.

there is a chance that your desktop wasnt synced and when you logged back in with your labtop it synced up properly and for example deducted 10 gems later. other than that there is many events that could have caused a "loss" like skips in lab, accidental purchase from fair, 'instant finish' instead of 'stop', etc...
other than that, to answer your question, i have never experienced a gem loss that wasnt justified except once in arena when i had a 100 gem stake, shared those with someone else and got credits from it, but customer service was very helpful and gave them back to me.

@rafmeister delete your cookies, clear your browser cache and stop putting a checkmark where it says "don't show this again" in your fair and you will be fine.

Thanks for the replies but I'm certain it was none of the above. I had not actually played the game all night and always refresh right before I leave it in training mode. The gem count on my desk top was accurate, Booting the lap top up should have gave me the same info as what was on the desk top. Just glad it was 10 and not 100 or 1k.
