Can anyone tell me how much experience is gained in each level of the quest routine? Is there a guide of some sort that specifies these amounts?

I'm trying to work out if I will have enough time to get my level 45 beginner rewards.

eg: if I need x amount of experience to get to level 45, and if I complete x quest will this get me over the line.

I'm currently around 190k exp short of goal and am doing quest to help Jason... if I do the quest will I have enough?

Any help is appreciated.
