Try to log server and it freezes at 19%

Cant figure out why the server will not load! Have tried everything i know to. Either says i need abode or it starts loading and stops at 19%. Anyone that might be able to help let me know. Thanks PerseusX

Does every thing include trying different browsers, cleaning cookies and internet temp files, updating adobe flash, running Malwarebytes. If so then I would try logging into someone else's computer to see if it is your computer or account. Try running a program called Ccleaner, that may fix the issue also.
