too many ppl work at this time and can not participate on world bosses change it times to 18.00 Europa time and "every hour" afterwards another one

The timing isn't ideal but there are ways around it. The East American servers are roughly -5GMT. Their Cerb is approximately 3-4pm and Baal would be around 7-8pm. It would make Nobel Lady late but as they say you can't have everything.

On a side note can you please turn your PMs on. You can set it so that moderators and admin can only contact you this way, I wanted to PM about a thread you created but cannot contact you about it in private.

You should perhaps change server to a time zone that's more convenient for you. I don't think we will change the time because of some of your members can't attend because they work..
