no blue beginners rewards box

Hi! ppl in my guild tell about a blue beginners rewards box but i dont have it. It should be next to orange online gifts box?

How can this be and how do i get it back? reloading or relogging didn't work.

Ps i play on live server 8- wings of hermes europe.

Is there any support or service or troubleshouting to this game?

I tried updating my flash and refreshing, removing, history etc. But still no blue beginners rewards box. While other higher level players in my guild still have it and use it. Please advice!

Hmm, I believe you have come late. Is only available I believe for the first 7 days of the game.. Not quite sure about that.

Have you try using another browser? Like Chrome?

Its not that.
One of my characters was created before Lotte's, and second was created after her, and I still have beginner rewards on both of them.
And we are only playing our 3rd day, so it cant be what you mentioned
It looks like game bug.
