Please fix this game. we are spending too much money for it to be this messed up

Here is a list of issues I have encountered

1. Game crashes constantly. Its nearly impossible to train while you are away from the computer for more then 1 hour
2. You do not receive credits from the online rewards EVER
3. I have attacked and won, yet i lose 5% of my coins several times. And there was no new revenge or attack done to me at the same time.
4. I did not receive any of the rep from cerebus battle today
5. I had 10 gems mysteriously disappear
6. In cerebus cianna's ambush worked approximately 20% of the time to achieve a stun for me, while other people were getting the stun effect over 50% of the time
7. The rune temple is giving out poisoned runes over 50% of the time even on higher level rune keepers
8. Day 6 rewards are actually harder to achieve the day 7
9. Day 5 rewards are pure luck not skill because the chest guard only has about a 33% chance of dropping if you beat the bosses.
10. There is no proof that saint attributes are being added to a hero. Since +15 dodge does not show in hero stats nor does +xxx HP.
11. there is no one to report issues to.
12. the amount of stupidity in realm and wc is ruining the game play experience
13. The banner in the middle of the screen blocks important info slowing down game play
14. When you spend gems it always asks are you sure? EXCEPT in stamina which is close to arena button and I accidentally hit the + instead of arena today and spent 20 gems i didn't want to spend
15. The noble lady does not always give out rewards. Several times last night I clicked her and it said I already claimed the rewards, BUT I DIDNT. And even when you click her with in 1 second of her appearing you get 100k credits, yet clicking her 2 minutes in to her appearance has given me 500k credits in the past.
16. Training turns off now when you click anything - previously if you went to black smith or rune temple or pirates it would continue to train. Now it doesn't
17. I have clicked players to attack in arena and it attacks a totally different person.
18. The friends list seems to have 2 tabs. 1 icon that is 2 people and 1 icon that is a flag and a person. I cant switch tabs on it.
19. You can get in a boat, then drop guild and stay in the boat with no guild
20. Noble laldy appears at 5s and 10s for most people but for some its at the 4s and 9s
21. I have been standing at the location where the noble lady appears 2 minutes after she is suppose to appear, and she is not there, if i come back 1 to 2 minutes later she is there.

I really really enjoyed this game in beta. It is why I played the live server and spent money on it. I am regretting my decision of spending money on this game.

Please address the game play issues, and give us somewhere to report game issues.

If you don't already, try using chrome. Keep the cache clear and refresh regularly. The problem won't go away entirely but it'll help.

To revenge, you would have had to lost at some stage and that's what is showing. Once you revenge and win it changes to you won and the rewards show.

You may have accidentally clicked gem boost instead of boost, I know I have >.<. How much rep you get depends on how much damage you dealt. Answer 1 can help you out here too, if rewards aren't showing.

Look at adding more suitable rune to Cianna. A good morale boost and hit rate can work wonders.

It was very glitchy last night, so you weren't the only one who noticed this. On the otherhand, at least you score 500k, I only get 100k .

If another player has attacked and beaten the player you've clicked on, then the victorious player becomes the stake defender and the game automatically chooses the stakeholder as your opponent.

Every single night,I leave my PC training overnight, never has it got DC. Always training, and about 70-90k XP per night.

Depends on your Internet speed, especially when a lot of players come online. I use chrome, keep the cache clear and use incognito and I still have latency issues on occasion. If I left it overnight, the browser would have crashed and therefore need to refresh.

I guess you must have a good connection Boro.

Morgan Thanks for trying. But either i didn't state things clearly or you didn't understand.

First off ,I am using chrome, i do refresh clear cache, etc. that does not solve any problems what so ever that I am encountering.
During beta I used chrome and did not have the issues I am having now. The disconnects, errors etc are 10 times worse on the live server

I said I attacked and won, NOT REVENGED and won. I have been in the wilds and attacked a person and won the battle and lost 5% of my coins instead of winning 5% (well technically 4%) of the loser's coins
This has happened at least 5 times that I have noticed. Possibly much more.

I am not the only person who is not receiving credits form the online rewards many people have the same issue.

the ambush effect form cianna's ambush can not be altered in any way by anything in game to my knowledge, the same as the double dervish of alexa. it is a % possibility of the ambush obtaining a stun effect. Morale does not effect if the stun works only when the skill attack is done, hit rating only prevents the attack from missing, and break rating only effects if the hit is not dodged or blocked.

The block option for chat only last 24 hours so its next to useless

clicking training again after it turns off is fine, but i am losing training time that others are not apparently

the people in arena i tried attacking were not defeated by anyone else.

I did not receive 500k credits on last nights noble lady, I said in the past, as in a day or 2 ago and in beta

The billing support option,, hmm i will try to send my problems there, but since its for BILLLING SUPPORT and not GAME PLAY ISSUE support, I am not sure if they will respond.

Why is the stupid banner here to stay? NOONE LIKES IT. EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE GAME HATES IT, I have never seen anyone say they like it or dont mind it. There is nothin but complaints about it. SO if they dont care about what the players want why play a game that cant do the simplest thing for customer support.

Game crash isn't so bad lately, just major crashes for everyone once in a while. Being D/C is the biggest problem for most.
2. I have never received credits from Online Gifts at all, including in Beta.
7. Rune Temple is pretty awful lately. I made a thread about it recently and half agreed, while the other half has been very lucky. (Darn you guys)
8. I did miss Day 6 of rewards, but that was because I wasn't careful enough and didn't keep training through the night from when I started the game.
11. So far we have only been able to report issues to forums, hoping some word will reach the game people. Not sure Billing Support will hear about game bugs.

20. Noble Lady depends on your connection to the server. Everyone's is different.

The rest of the numbers not listed are rotten luck for sure and I'm sorry they happened. I've had a number of crappy things happen to my account when I wasn't paying attention or was just plainly being dumb.

All we can do is try to report things here and hope some word reaches the game people. If you think it is just too ridiculous, then stop purchasing for it and play for a while that way.

I posted a huge bug in threads yesterday, but it wasn't noticed because the huge game crash happened right after. Do you think you could look at it and pass it on? Its labeled 1B Gem Bug.
