Please fix this game. we are spending too much money for it to be this messed up

Ok new problem

I posted a reply to boroeast, and now its been deleted when it was here earlier, and it was not rude or anything else, It simply vanished

My reply to boroeast was - LUCKY YOU I have been DC everynight and that is why I was unable to reach level 45 on day 6
