Please fix this game. we are spending too much money for it to be this messed up

yeah so now
i get valla in tavern
i go spend 10 gems so i have enough credits to recruit
i cliick recruit it says I got her card
it shows recruited in the tavern.

But I dont have her at all and no card either.
SO I refresh
and guess what
valla is not in my tavern
she no longer says recruited
i lost the credits it used for that
Plus i know have a talent cue ready that was on cool down for constitution level 17
I lost the 260k credits for that and constitution is reset to level 16

This is ridiculous
