I have a theory what happened. Sometimes when you gain something then for whatever reason you turn the browser or computer, it disappears and you need to repeat the quest again because the auto save has failed. Look at the quest tab and check to that has happened, anything is worth a try, right?
As moderators we can't fix game issues since we are volunteers and players just like you. Although we try to advise members on how to fix possible minor browser issues, we have no way of fixing major game glitches.
Anyway if an auto save fail isn't the problem you will need to head towww.tynon.com and click on billing support. It will be passed on to The customer service department who will look into the problem.
