Can't Gain entrance to Rune Temple

I have a theory what happened. Sometimes when you gain something then for whatever reason you turn the browser or computer, it disappears and you need to repeat the quest again because the auto save has failed. Look at the quest tab and check to that has happened, anything is worth a try, right?

As moderators we can't fix game issues since we are volunteers and players just like you. Although we try to advise members on how to fix possible minor browser issues, we have no way of fixing major game glitches.

Anyway if an auto save fail isn't the problem you will need to head towww.tynon.com and click on billing support. It will be passed on to The customer service department who will look into the problem.

Unfortunately I have tried that I still have the quest and run through up to where I should get access to the rune temple but I have nothing available to access can not click on anything to get access in the area. It seems to be caught in a glitch, since for rune temple there is no auto navigate. When I was disconnected and finally able to log back in I had this quest but no way to get there since I never received the button to access runes or go to the temple.

The developers usually do not have much time to read the forums. They are busy planning, developing, programming and running the game. I collect bug reports and issues from the forum and the moderators help me do that.

Since the last patch I am now able to continue on with my missions but I am still un able to enter the rune temple. I have now been able to acquire shrine and heroic realm but still no Rune Temple. any suggestions on what to do next?

I have the same problem, am level 32 already and never had access to the run temple. can you do anything to help?
