White Maria is Corrupt?

I have to release some anger here so bare with me. Some guy named Stanley claims to be "part of tynon " lol what a joke. After I finshed my final quest I gained White Maria. Tynon allowed me to unlock rune slots and put medals on her and even place my runes on her. well maria disappeared. along with her being removed from my formation My runes disappeared too. Lev 12 endurance, lev 12 Reliablity, lev 12 preciseness, lev 12 intenseness, level 10 nimble, lev 8 resist, lev 8 flint. This so called satnley , the guy that answeres my support letters gives me 300m gold as a reimbursement for my "troubles". Are you freaking kidding me? 300m gold wont even level 1 rune to level 12 none the less 200 fragments later and 20 blue medals and 18m credits to open the slots. if we do the math correctly then we would defintly be a bit more fair wouldn't we? id really like to have someone other than STANLEY answer my suprot letters please this is ajoke. I want back what is rightfully mine. Anyone who finishes the quest "DO NOT PUT ANYTHING INTO THAT WHITE MARIA" tynon is cheap I am a VIP 8 and this is the kind of crap I get in return? someone side with me on this one its only Honesty. I feel for you Nick. I was awarded White Maria yesterday after completing all the quests. I moved her into my formation but didn't gear or rune her up. Thought I'd wait to see if she "stuck around". She didn't.....but I lost nothing.
I don't know what to say about the repayment for your troubles. You have been severely ripped off! Perhaps go back to them and ask for more........... Personally, from what I've read in this forum, I'm surprised you got an answer from them at all.
But let this be a warning to all future players who complete the quests and end up with White Maria. She is corrupt!

Stanley is a customer service rep of uCool. He's just doing his job so don't be so rude.

As for white Maria to keep her in your formation you needed to exploit a bug, she's supposed to leave your team after the first training misson. You may have done this accidentally, I don't know I'm not here to judge you on your rights and wrongs, but what I can tell you White Maria isn't supposed to be in your formation, to have her is cheating. uCool were absolutely right in removing her.

As a VIP8, I'm sure you are more than aware that you aren't the first player to have their White Maria removed. She isn't the one being corrupt.

I think your absolutly correct in wanting to use her, and should be allowed to aslong as shes around without being penalised.
Ucool have known about this bug for months and have failed to fix it
They should reimburse you exactly what you lost
I doubt theres a single person playing, that if the woke to find a level10 chip in their inventory, wouldnt equip it
And the two things are exactly the same.

She is obtained by following quests provided after you beat Mal II. No exploit or cheat
If she is not suppose to be in your formation then Ucool needs to fix the game so that she can't be obtained.
Also it would help if Ucool removed her from the replay examples that they provide. This only helps to confirm that there is a legitimate way to obtain her.
Give the guy a break! He's lost months of work and been financially penalized through no fault of his own.

It's against the ToS. It comes under bug exploitation. Look it up.

Yes there is an exploit to keep her, otherwise everyone would still have her in their formations, wouldn't they? I'm not going to retract a statement which is true.

You thought you'll get away with it and got caught. You aren't the first and you won't be the last either. As davemata says quite eloquently-don't cheat.

Probably because we all thought you had completed the training mission 'Rescue Maria' and it's perfectly normal to have her in your formation until you return to Aerie where she leaves. Keeping her gives you an unfair advantage over other players, ergo it's called cheating by exploit.

If you want to discuss it further I suggest you contact uCool directly where they will be able to answer it directly.
