Can't log in to the game

Is anyone else having issue with logging into the game with prolonged amounts of time?
I missed cw tonight because I could not log in for 2 hours !

I have not had any problems logging on in months and I am usually on 24x7. Server 7.

I still can't log in:

I have done everything, cache clear, computer change, adblock off etc

Try this
Install the latest level of Adobe Flash at https://www.adobe.com/support/flashp...downloads.html When you get to the place that has 3 steps, and if you do not want the Ask Toolbar, make sure you uncheck the box at the top of the 2nd step before starting the download.

Go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and then click on delete all sites and then confirm. Note that the sound will revert to being on and any confirmation boxes that you had checked will be unchecked.

Open a command prompt and execute the following two commands.

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns

Try to log on again. If you are still having problems try a different browser.

If that does not work, then it may be an issue with your ISP. Open a command prompt and execute

ping servernumber.tynon.com

where servernumber is the number of your server. Mine would be 7.tynon.com. If it does not work you have a routing problem probably caused by your ISP.

If it works try logging on to your account www.tynon.com and go to a different server and create a new character. If that works then there is a problem with your account on the server that you normally log on to and you need to open a ticket and hope for the best. Make sure that you put in all the steps that you did before creating the ticket and put in a subject like 'human please read before replying' to try to avoid a canned reply. Also put in an explanation of what happens when you try to log in. If possible take a snapshot of the screen and attach it to the ticket.

If going to another server still it does not work try disabling the firewall temporarily. If that works you need to configure the firewall. I do not know how to do it so you will need some one else to help you.

If that does not work and you are using a router (using either wifi or an ethernet cable to the router) try bypassing the router by connecting directly to the modem using an ethernet cable. If that works you need to configure your router. I do not know how to do it so you will need some one else to help you.

If that does not work try logging on from a friend's house or a public wifi connection, such as an internet cafe or Startbucks. If that works and you used the same computer that you use at home, it is definitely your ISP. Since you said that you tried a different computer, it is most likely your ISP even if you used a different computer.

If that does not work, then I am out of ideas.
