About time emily_b was removed from cw events

I hate saying this about another player as there are too few of us left playing this game, that being said....why should one player be allowed to manipulate an event designed for ALL to test themselves against the very best, by their oh too obvious manipulation of the betting system? YES..it's been well established that you are more than capable of winning this event any time you choose, but your actions are having direct consequences for every other player reliant on the outcome of the betting system. It's become unbelievably apparent that you are pushing a fellow member of your guild (or maybe even an alt of yours) to further your own guilds strengths. Enough is enough now! If you continue to choose to play the event in such an unsporting manner, then either quit playing the event yourself or better still let TYNON block you from entering the event....one way or another it would give everyone else a fair crack of the whip ......point proven in round 6 of your semi final

if anyone else turns round and tries to defend her actions....i'd simply suggest you take yourselves to the nearest hospital so that you can have a surgeon remove your head from her backside. Her actions are positively designed to ruin the game for all other players

This has been discussed before many times. The consensus has always been that a powering down to intentionally loose is not a violation of the ToS and therefore allowed. I, personally, do not like it, but it is not a reason to ban the player.
The opinions expressed on this post are my own as a player, not as a Moderator.

If I may clarify this further; The community has come the consensus that it isn't a violation of the ToS. uCool themselves have yet to make a public comment on this subject (and before someone says it, Yue-gate doesn't count as it was a one off) so we really don't have official view on this, only opinions-both ways.

Whatever peoples stance here we can't go around accusing people publicly, therefore I will be closing this thread. If you feel that this or any other action you feel is against the ToS report it through the proper channels and not here on the forum.
