Obviously in the fight you got 0% in your strategy fell apart and maria healed all the damage that you did to his team, sometime the % is not indicative of how close or far you are from winning it is better to watch the fight and see were or how you team fell apart to determine if it was a flaw in your strategy or you just didnt get any luck at all with your crits, blocks or stuns.
As far as defeating Khan. Try using lancelot in the top row to kill his maria fast. there are a few formations I used as I originally beat him with only one LB set but had a few by the time i won him. with only one lb set i found the best result with shayd and lance in top row. with 2 i found it easier to use main and lance together in the top row and maria or shayde as sub depending on if it was between banishes or not when i was trying but if you want and need the extra power you can put pen as a sub and someone like alc so he gets a hit on maria, or someone like ahmose to go a round or 2 before pen comes in if she dies sometimes of course with one lb set and using shayde you would need to use main in that position and pen as sub) obviously if pen cant stay alive while defending the middle and bottom row then she needs more of a combination of block, damage health and physical defense or even dodge.
FYI This is all assuming you are using herja and flav in behind pen, but as there skills are so obviously needed to win this fight i didnt think it was worth going into.
