^ If you word your support nicely, Stanley will reply the next morning around 6-7am US Central time. I received replies almost immediately when i sent in my support tickets.
As for rep costs, I have never seen my rep go down. At Marshal you would lose 16k rep per day and i would definitely notice that big of a loss.
