    Tynon Support and it's non-existence

    For those of you that haven't heard. I had my game and personal email account hacked by 2 players and they tossed all my gear and inventory away. Transferred all saints and stars from heroes and ride til I had none left. I reported to police and have that being handled by the Feds. But when I contacted tynon support and let them know what happened and asked for some help in either returning my things or giving me some stuff to re-build it took over 10 attempts, several players writing and over 2 months to even get a reply. I am a VIP7 on 2 servers and this is the response I get. After all these attempts and asking for something that cost them absolutely nothing they finally respond with we are not liable. The point I am making is I will never spend another dime on this game and would caution anyone thinking of spending on this game that this is how they will treat you. Who cares is their response to a VIP7 on 2 servers so don't think they will help any of you. I myself will be looking for a new game to take my business elsewhere. When I find one I will post it here.

    I'm sorry to say it'll be unlikely anything will be done to fix your account unless you can prove without doubt it was hacked using hacked data or viruses.. Most cases of hacking come from sharing details or poor account security. Since you agreed to the ToS when you created your account, this is why uCool will not fix it.

    Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems

    right on and you can even go one step further and could explain that the FBI is NOT involved into this case because the TOS is worded in a way (as crazy as it sounds if i may add) that the player is responsible for his/her own security AND if he would sue he would sue for someone elses property because ucool has not sold him the pixels but the ability to use those pixels and ucool holds digital ownership on all items.

    Here is where I call BS. I watch a person that I know has been logging into her guild mates accounts, because she use to do it when she was in our guild for banish events with multiple browsers, and NOW, she has found a way to get 800+ on Level 2 Hard everytime on her account and others, I have taken screen shots, and reported this in about 3-4 times, although it has been going on for weeks. The mindtrust over in support say"Please do let us know if you feel you have not after 5 business days received a timely response and we will escalate the ticket accordingly.

    you mean none of your guild mate cant score800?at old server many players are doing this,maybe you are at new server?

    nope, been playing same server for 17 +months.. rarely can people get 800+. But for someone to get it EVERYTIME everyday, and logging in their guildies accounts and getting 800+ on theirs is way too dirty, They must have a pre-map program or a hack to show all the squares before they go to them.

    i agree on what you say...but what concerns me the most is that the person is not only cheating for themself, but for others, and using more than the disconnect trick, getting 800+ each time. Tynon/ucool spews that they have TOA, for what...? Appreciate your feed back though.
