I'm sorry to say it'll be unlikely anything will be done to fix your account unless you can prove without doubt it was hacked using hacked data or viruses.. Most cases of hacking come from sharing details or poor account security. Since you agreed to the ToS when you created your account, this is why uCool will not fix it.
