Chat box, has black box over it.

I have this black box on my chat window for over a day now. Kind of annoying. Cant see what guild says until it has a few more people chat. Tried everything from resfreshing, changing browsers and clearing settings. Please help.

OK, i log into the beta server, same browser, no black box over chat. Just on dragon server.
