Just another warning to give players, a group of scammers have made chars on what may be every single server by the name of Tynon. that will send you a mail saying if you go to a certain website you can buy 1k gems for $10 with paypal. Scams like this happen on every single mmo out there and it aims to get sensitive info like paypal login so they can steal a lot of money from you. Just remember that UCool under no circumstance will tell you to go to some random website to buy gems, not only that they wouldn't give a ridiculously low sale while they're doing their holiday sale.

My acc was hacked but that site & my gears stripped & sold etc
Im still here playing (although hard to rebuild 2yrs worth)
If you have been hacked make sure your secondary email is your not one you have previously used

On Server 86 players have received an IN GAME mail from a player named EMPEROR of the guild MOE. The offer was one billion coins for $40.00 US. I told them to f**k off.. and that i wasn't a cheater. This player is still active on our server.. and is run by the top player on our server. This top player on our server belongs to a hacking website and also is a member of the facebook hacking group called the cracking forum. I warned Tynon about this person's activities and to watch him MONTHS ago. But nothing was ever done about it. This player has over 250 alt accounts on our server all numbered.. farms them for coins and funds the players of the guild he is in.. uses these fake guilds to bid on GW cities.. and LOVES to send me F.U. messages on a continual basis.. because i fight him at every turn. Tynon does NOTHING. I've sent in ticket after ticket with screenshots of the abuse.. Tynon does NOTHING. I sent in screenshot of the coin offer for cash.. TYNON DOES NOTHING.

the sad part about this is that there is a high chance that you are not the only one he bullies around and by ucool taking no actions or their advisory "to block him" costs them more business in loosing revenue by frustrated players that may even quit.

Why would anyone want to scam a TYNON game account? it is not like items can be sold or traded.

What do they gain by this? The accounts are worthless.

The scam was for money, but i never would go to one of those sites, so i honestly don't know what would happen once you gave them info. A fool and his money, game acct, are soon parted.
But the other, hacking - i just don't get that either. It had to be purely malicious. I still have never heard of an acct being hacked outside of game, usually an enemy, or disgruntled ex-friend who had your info.

I know this is the players fault for going to the websites, but why can't tynon make a filter for the account names(or a better one if there already is one). So many players on my server named but***ker, kill******s, ext ext. Also even before this scam there were allot of accounts such as gamemanager or administration that could be seen as a tynon employee accounts by someone. So tynon show us you are still engaged in this game and actually do something instead of a mail to cover you own rear end.

Funny there is a filter for words here that are names of in game accounts. Kinda proves my point.
