lost equipment

hey guys anyone knows about loose equipment? i had one extra sirius sword and now i can't find it anywhere.
i can see it at Blacksmith window but can't find it anywhere else.
if anyone can help if knows anything pls.

It is most likely to be equipped on a hero sitting in the hero inn.
Moves heroes in an out of the inn and see if it is on any of them.
I can't think of any other suggestions!

thank u but i already try that and is not nowhere. i check all around and only at blacksmith window i can see it.

Sometimes it's in inventory or bank, but inventory was full. Move some stuff around and sort it a few times... Strangely the same thing happened to me with a bunch o' speakers. They just randomly showed up about 2 weeks later.

i tried everything its just no showing up.i just send to support about the problem and i hope i get an answer.its a huge pain to start making another sirius from scratch.

move another sword into the bank, unequip all and then re-equip using the auto feature.

You can if you contact supprt, A guild mate or mine accidentally bought a Level 8 Ruby, and they gave them back their gems.
