Hacked players :-(

Heya All
I feel that all us that got hacked by the latest scam should vent here & hope that the Tynon admin will reset us back to the time before we got hacked

As you all will know its dam near impossible to regain 2yrs worth of building/gems/coin etc
Its not fair we should be stunted back to beginner because of a scam-artist posing as Tynon admin

The problem is that the hackers hacked the GAME, not the net or the players comps!!! Is it our responsibility to monitor the game for the developers so that situations like this don't happen?? Get real.

why do you say the game was hacked. the just sent out game mails from accts
most of them you could tell were not from ucool. NO hacking involved there.
You have to take responsibility for you own actions.
Yes it would be nice sine uCool knows what has happened , they try and help those who were foolish enough to give out the acct info to someone else? Yes it would be nice, but I wouldnt expect it.

How is it possible to send out mail without creating an account?? all mail I have recieved has been from none exsistent players.

If an account owner has not given out the password to said account and the account gets logged in by an outside source is that not considered "getting hacked"? It seems to me that is the exact term to use in this case, as the account in question had a new password entered not to many hours before it was comprimised and was given out to noone. So does error rest upon the account owner still? I think not. Tynon support should remedy this issue as soon as possible. And all scam mails have been from an outside source, not players on the server.

Matt, please explain to us how they sent these mails from NON-EXISTENT ACCOUNTS!!!
The reason I say they are non-existent is because I look through ALL of the player ranking pages and other pages where their names could possible be listed.
The sender's address/name came from Tynon (Yes, spelt EXACTLY like that!), however, I can not find that name listed in the leader board rankings whatsoever!

TCP-IP protocols,
no need to be logged into the game and generate fake mails, shouts, etc in game without creating an account.

OK the one from "Tynon" was last
before that at least 2 other names were on the mail, both of which on server 1 had player profiles.

SO its not out of teh realm of possibility that Ucool deleted those accts
