Save server 3-darkness guild been hacked

Okay this is a last ditch effort to get Tynon's attention. The host of Darkness has been hacked. Even after multiple password changes after the fake emails went out. This is a level 8 guild. All VH's have been removed, some players kicked and of course the Lin account has been destroyed. Many tickets and requests for support have so far gone ignored. As a player with a High VIP level I find this business model abhorrent. If this is the level of support that we should expect then my money will go elsewhere. I have been around from almost the beginning and altho there has been bumps here and there, I have continued to enjoy the game. If Tynon is unable to control or identify hackers in this game and rectify the issues then it is not worth it to play. I hope others will respond and join me in getting the attention of the game owners and holding them accountable. This is inexcusable. Whether or not a person spends money or not they have worked for 2 years to build there account and in this case a strong active guild. To have it destroyed by a hacker and receive no support from the game owner is not acceptable. Thanks all.

This matter of a guild being in jeopardy as well as any account should be looked into with the utmost urgency as we players are the ones who finance these games. Tynon support should be on top of this type of situation and be able to recover any account that has been comprimised through their own website/game server.

So on server 3, ONE OF THE ORIGINAL 5 servers started. A host who has played this game for probably over a year or more, seen countless mails from uCool, could not tell those spam mails were a scam, could not tell those mails did not come form uCool, is trusted by numerous players to run their guild and lead them, did not have one person tell them these mails were a scam and gave out their game info to someone and had their acct and guild destroyed?

ive been hacked 2 times to and im host of warriors..... so far i caught it in time to save anything bad happening to my guild or the members but what if im late catching it ive already had to change password multiple times this is stupid not only do we have a dying server that tynon refuses to merge now i must deal with hackers im about fed up with it

I am so sorry to hear that. This is why Tynon needs a better way to support these issues. I wish us both luck

I have experienced multiple times that when I have a problem/issue, and I keep harassing somebody about that problem/issue, I eventually get attention directed my way!
Not one person must send in a ticket, not 2, not 3 but EVERYONE MUST SEND IN A TICKET who has been infected by this incident. If you don't get a timely response EVERYONE must send in another ticket.
Unfortunately, to attract attention is to have a lot of people harassing superiors about their problems CONTINUOUSLY!

even tho i know this may start some grief, but i have to agree with matt on this one. all the way. you guys made fools out of yourself entering your account info on some website that starts with music-fm and isnt even a *.com domaine trying to get some good deals on gems... i mean come on, seriously!?!

for all it still worth:
NEVER SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT INFO OR LOG IN EMAIL WITH ANYONE, EVER!

and then some more unsolicited advice:
all those people in your guild, no matter for how long you know them or how much you trust them are potential thieves, grievers, thugs, scammers, etc... and ucool will not ask you for your info, ever. simply because they have it already!
those people you meet are strangers behind a computer, you say one wrong word and they potentially hit you with all alts and scams they can come up with just to grief you. i dont say that everyone is like that but i have seen people turn on others who knew each other for 8 years! after an incident like that you realize that the internet and especially flash game browser based games are a dark hole that will suck your money out of you and mislead you where and whenever it can if whoever you find on the other end can get any profit from you and even if its for $10 or less.

Thanks David, The entire server has submitted one or more tickets and we will keep trying. Not sure what else to do about it.
