Save server 3-darkness guild been hacked

Im so confused.

On server 1 this is what i saw.
Someone using at least 3 accts started mailing people and wc blasting a link to buy gems cheap. Now most of us knew better. several of us wc blasted it was a scam, we sent out gms about it being a scam, we said stuff in gc about it being a sacm. But for this scam to work, you would have to go to that site and enter your acct info.
Now from what I saw this person actually made acts on server 1 and they have such been removed.

Is this what happened on server 3, or was there some other incident that led to this "Hacking"?

Im not being a smart ass here, I want to know if something else is going on so I can protect my guild from it.

Matt, This started from wc and guild messages about gems from player named Tynon. Although I do not remember seeing it in rankings. The host did check the site was immediately hacked and changed the password immediately. The host also continued to change the password. Was it a mistake? yes. Our concern is that we cannot get a response to have this account removed and has yet to be removed or a response received. Also that even after multiple password changes the account still was hacked. The reset password link is not sending the email to reset it either. If tynon quickly removed the original fake accounts why are they not removing this one. The hacker is actually logging on and playing the acct to a degree. My beef is that once hacked and having been notified by numerous support requests from the entire server nothing has been done. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

so your saying the host ONLY visited the site, and did not enter the acct info?

um since you want to judge people before you know anything i was tired and thought it said tynon thank u very much soon as it took me to a different site i realized it wasnt from tynon yea my fault for being tried and not reading who was from but i also have been helping alot of people and was to tired to look however you have no right to put others down for what happened unless its been done to you so please keep ur thoughtless words to urself we are trying to get help not listen to you tell us what we should of or shouldnt of done we dont want to hear complaining on how it happened we just want answers on how to fix it.

He didn't actually say otherwise; he was simply asking if you did or did not do anything other than go to the site. personally i think he's being pretty civil and polite about it. in my opinion you dug yourself into the mess you're in.

Evony has had some some similar hacks where people have gotten in with facebook logins/ giving away pass's to complete strangers an all that in the past years. cities wiped and abandoned; heroes all fired. pretty much killing the accts. They didn't revert anything back then and i really doubt they'll do it here either. As many have said and will continue to say, be careful with your info and all will be well.

The only help you'll get is through support, not out here on forum. It was unfortunate what happened, but being rude about it is not helping. I don't see any judgement made, just there is not much they can or will do in these cases.
Hard lesson learned, don't go to any site, tired or not, that is questionable. If you were too tired to read it, then hold off until you can think straight. (not judging, just my opinion) Still don't get how they could have gotten login and pw just from visiting that site, but i'm not going there to find out.

hm maybe we are on the end of this game,
we know no one is from suport to help, only to buy.
and now hacked that is a bit crazy, what abaut that maybe tynon let this happend so make players go?
