My wife is spending cash money playing this game and someone, through Tynon, is getting into her account, using her Gems and selling her items that she worked up.
No one from Tynon is using her account. I suspect someone has gotten hold of her details somehow and has 'hacked' into her account.
Report it to Tynon using Support found on the homepage and change your password without delay. Since this is a customer support matter and out of the forum remit I will close this thread.
