refreshing during banish is NOT an exploit since it still got the same deathpenalty downtime as the game intended.

I hate to break it to you but you can't call 'powering down' in CWF an exploit and refreshing in Banish completely legit.

They both are gameplay exploits, using the game mechanics to benefit you.
