"now to the other facts: to exploit something you need a personal gain, therefore there is no personal gain or loss to anyone out of the banish if you refresh. the only loss you would suffer is if you do not refresh, then you would suffer the (originally unexpected) extended rounds in gameplay that go past the 1 minute deathpenalty while the game continues."

In other words -- there is a HUGE personal benefit to refreshing. It means you do e.g. 75 million damage each minute, rather than the same 75m damage each 5 minutes. So you do 5 times the damage. (more or less). And get 5x the rewards you would have gotten if you didnt refresh.

yeah i did not expect you to understand the logic on the first try, but lets try to waste everyones time and rephrase it and maybe start a flaming war?
sigh, maybe you get lucky on that one, but just in this case: if you do not refresh, then you will suffer the consequences of the bug (=extended time in battle = suffering loss of total damage).

your example is off, how about a missing traffic light. everyone stops where they are supposed to stop, looks if the path is open and then crosses the intersection. in your example you are suggesting that the traffic light is missing, therefore everyone closes their eyes and hopes for the best.
