honestly, who cares? i mean i know where you are coming from and what you are trying to say, but if someone got all weapons/spirits/armor on 120 but ezK's, then thats for me maxed gear right there. the way i see it is you can spend your coins on a lot of c..p (like overcharge runes) but to have your gear maxed for functionality on ezK then you only need a +0 sirus staff/spirit.
again, i have to point out that VIP12 do not have a blacksmith cooldown. so if he/she got the coins then they can make it almost instantly 120 (or as fast as they can click "upgrade").
if you on the other hand would tell me that there is a basic account owner or for example a VIP4 with all gear maxed, then i would hesitate and wanted to see it.
Unless they are a sheik in the Opec system I highly doubt you will find a LVL 12 VIP player in this game. Chances are Riot and others such as Myself are only VIP 9-10 I know because I am a VIP 10 which depending on the sale's from the start will run you between 7-10K in cash (yes I spend because I have fun, no other reason and I can afford it no credit card needed). To get from LVL 10 to 11 VIP you have to purchase 300,000 gems aka on basics's $22,500 and that is just to LVL 11 from 10 on VIP. As far as gear goes yes I have everything up to lvl 120 except 2 staff's one is at 103 and the other is at 90.
i was under the impression that riot is a VIP12 along with a couple others...
I can assure you he is not a vip12, Ive spent 10k and im around vip9 with 40k togo to 10, Riot did inform me that nobody in the game is v12 as it would take 50k my suggestions....

just to be clear, thats insane amounts of money and the thought of spending a small car into a flashgame makes me feel worried and laugh at the same time. we have a VIP10 on our server that is the living proof that you can have insane amounts of money and still really suck at the game
@sparta sorry that the flamewar you where hoping for didnt ignite, but dont give up hope they are still around. maybe they are just too busy for you right now milking their alts. one thing is certain though, even there is a lot of cheating going on and ucool is fully aware of it, the worst that happened to them so far is a temp ban and even [lol i am not calling them out] is still playing.

I have a lot of equipment +40 on judgement with the odd ends such as spirits swords and relics around 50 and 60. My one sword is lvl 87 and 3 of my talents at lvl 112 are maxed. It's a very slow process when you actually don't have the money to spend on something which is 'virtual' as it has a dooms day and you gain no real benefit (Others can do as they wish with their money!). My equipment will get there eventually but as Dawnseeker once said: "You don't have to pay to play this game."
