Yes, davemata took on the job here. There seems to be a theme here that i think fits. Physician heal thyself. They can't. A lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client. He didn't intend to actually perform the function, or had already decided by that time, so long ago, to write off the Tynon community. Thanks dave, for all your concern.

I do not want to abandon my toon. I enjoyed working on them, knowing if I got busy with real life, my toons would basically still be there. They won't starve and leave when you get busy. I understand about the daily rep upkeep and the loss one can experience due to the rep upkeep. Another thing I enjoyed about this game was the fact that spies can do minimal damage and entire Kingdoms can not be lost due to a spy blabbing the war tactic involved during a planned invasion.
If server merges have not worked out and they are not in the future. Then, perhaps developers could figure a way, for those that want to, to jump servers. Only being able to jump up to older servers, never dropping back to a younger server. I read somewhere in forums about penalties for making such a jump and they were very severe. I am thinking the players doing well will be the ones that want to jump. I feel the penalties should be similar as when you jump guilds and realms in the current version of the game. However, players doing well in game jumping to an older server would not lose any techs, (logically anyway) but depends on guild chosen when on new server. So, will the gem cost placed for jumping servers be sufficient, or should % be taken from techs? I do not think the toons should lose anything in the jump. Just my thoughts, any others ??? I want this game to evolve, not go away. Our server currently is showing less and less realm/world banners, hate to see this happen.

~ You spent the cash on your own accord, therefore, Tynon can't refund you since it clearly states in their ToS that NO REFUNDS will be given back to customers!
3.) If you have a complaint, take it up with customer support because we here aren't giving any *another cough*! (I think I need the doctor)
Besides, NOBODY from uCool even dare look at these forums. (Prove me wrong, prove me wrong!)
4.) If you have a suggestion, please share it on the forums but beware no one is looking!
5.) If you want general advice on game play and help with anything, please share it on the forums for the minority of the majority of the people who are now a minority following the abandonment of the games majority, who still play do still post on these 'semi-abandoned' forums!

It would be fair to say "the future does not look good at all " had nice time on game as a none paying player its been good value, though the paying players i suppose will be hard to except it though looking at the plus side to much game no life is not really that healthy at all. in a way they have set you free so go and enjoy some life ..
every thing great at some point has to come to end

6) if you feel like quitting because of all the reasons above (investment, lack of support, bad support, no updates, bad updates, no bug fixes, a game we love for no explicable reason, cheats, cheaters, bots, automated gameplay, abuse, cyber stalking, drama, overly complaining and redundancy (yes thats for you too david), punishment for spending a few bucks, feeling unappreciated, etc...) and Ucool doesnt feel like fixing it while giving us the unappreciated feeling that implies "wait, what are you still doing here and cant you see that we are trying to make you quit? - dont you get hint when it hits you in the head!?". this all makes me feel like leaving, i said before that if no real update soon then i will leave too and i am getting closer to do so. mainly because i dont know whats still holding me. maybe the dedication and the time that i invested playing the game and getting myself to this point where i am without cheats or alts.
