The player blocking, takes half damage.
The attacker gains no morale.
If a block is successful, theres a chance of a physical counter attack.
An indirect attribute of block, unrelated to if u block an attack or not, reduces damage taken from some attacks

also, block gives a physical damage taken reduction for mages, they can also block but are really bad at it.
