Symptoms for such games:
- Graphical content is a clusterf**k of elements taken from elsewhere with impaired quality
- Developers and support barely speaks English
- The game contains traces of Chinese language, at least in code/memory/network communication
- Bugs are likely to be added in each update
- Poor in-game choices of names and words (e.g. tame mounts instead of train)
- Exploits are unlikely to be patched after a while
- Weird and repetitive content (quests)
- Algorithms for some functions are just weird and hard to analyze (HP setup, final blow in Cerb/Baal)
- Bugs (again; worth mentioning twice)
- Out of the blue, something breaks now and then (CW, Cerb/Baal)
- They don't care and they get income anyway as long as they put up a sale now and then
- While the previous game decays, they are probably making another similar game, possibly even with another company name
- Using unethical methods for promotion including lies about how great it is
- They tend to merge servers, without really knowing how

My list of such companies (that I know of yet):
- ZQGame
- uCool

But it's all about the journey! Good and bad -- the adventure!
thx for explaining the term "SLO" learned something new here again, but a little exaggerated then dont you think? most of this doesnt apply for us...
