No blue beginners reward box!

Hi!

I have a problem. My char "Lotte" doesn't have a blue beginners box next to vip reward box and 40level reward box. Everyone said i should have a blue beginners reward box that gives like a few Gems and other rewards for 7 days. I didnt get that box in my screen when i started playing. I spent quite some $$ on buying gems and now i found out I should have had a beginners reward box but havent? Very irritating.

Clearing firefox cache, clearing flash cashe doesnt help. When i make a new test character to see if it gets a blue beginners reward box, yes it gets it. But my "Lotte" char didn't. Pls fix it pls. Thanks!

Isn't any gamemaster or whizkid gonna tell me why i dont have a beginners reward box or give me magical advice how to get it?

I just didn't get it while creating my char and I do want it! I paid for VIP2 and then I found out i was neglected free gems and stuff which (i figure) all other players did get.

nobody knows whats goin on?
