Cyber bullying at the level it is going on in server 69 is beyond measure and needs to get dealt with no matter how much money bigtony69 has stuffed into their pockets. And please do not try telling me to do something as useless as block him that only stops verbal assaults not the constant stalking he does in game to the entire server.
