Gear Power Levels

I tried searching the forum for a listing of the different power levels between the Gear classifications, and could not find one. Has anyone ever put something like this together?

What I mean is, what is the power of a Lightbringer Sword level 45 compared to a Justice Sword level 45? Looking at random people's gear seems to give VERY DIFFERENT power amounts. So, there are clearly many variables to take into consideration.

I would suspect there is SOME spreadsheet GURU who would enjoy making something like this.

I have always wondered if it makes a difference to max level an item before upgrading to next equipment class?
