They aren't going to make one. They are done with this game. They'll gladly let you play their android app game.... if you are dumb enough to play any Ucool game knowing how they treat players/consumers/customers. They'll happily take your cash, and let you play a dying game that they don't maintain.lol
I'm only about 800 ,million power in a "PVP" formation. I beat the quest without the second sub, I beat the sirius relic boss spring of 2015 after beating Ezekial. I did "coin" a bit in the first few months of the server being opened, mainly for the guild gifts from the Christmas 2013 package. I'm VIP5 and NO PLANS of going higher with the way UCool has turned a deaf ear to the players/customers/consumers who have spent on this game. It's getting pretty old all the bickering and cheating, or as I keep hearing, "Using the mechanics of the game". I'm still trying to figure out why some people think it's so important to spend thousands of dollars on something that isn't finished and probably never will be finished. Sirius gear is only a purple level gear, and I have "Stellar Stone" Materials from way back which is also only for purple level spirits. They have s spot for a 3rd sub, but nothing new in terms of doing anything about making a 3rd sub available. I actually enjoyed this game when it was a challenge, but having "beaten the game" and only having sirius weapons available from the next HR boss, what's the point?
Most of the NPC's in the city saying for the glory of Tynon. What glory? For what I've spent on Tynon, an online game with NO positive potential outcome, only to have Tynon/UCoolInc collect data from what people say to further their profit margin, I could have bought a LIFETIMES worth of PC based games without the 5 or 6 "Google" items loading every time the game loads. Tynon is double dipping getting people to pay to play then selling information by having all the Google items load while the game loads.
Is it really worth it for a "game" that isn't finished, probably never will be finished and that is dying due to the fact so many players are "power trippers" that those that don't spend money have no chance at having fun without being "farmed" by the big spenders?

Adobe just announced they will no longer be developing Flash. They will continue to support the existing Flash application, but this means this game is a ticking dead game.

Speaking as one who has NEVER SPENT ANY MONEY on this game, I DO have fun!!! There are times when it takes longer for me to get past certain points in the game, and that can get boring, but each time I do it gets FUN again!!! I am on Malme 2 in Quest and Undead Warrior in HR. Working up my HP for Malme 2 (Keeping Queen P's lowered), and at the same time working up a Dawn for transfer to Gen Achi. Also keeping in mind the need to get more runes to 12, and Khan hitting harder with more Crits to beat Ezek.
Being a "Basic" ( NO VIP level) I don't have auto collect. So, if someone wants to take something in the Arena when I am offline, or even AFK, it doesn't bother me! I wouldn't have gotten it anyway. (I tend to be in 11th place in UA - I CAN beat a few others above me, but the biggest Guild on the server put their 8 - 10 players in the 2, 3, 4 spots with their bigs in 5 - 10 keeping me from hitting them. A SMART play!!)
Anyway - Is this game over? For some people: YES. Is UCool going to do anything more to it? NO.
Can FUN still be had WIHTOUT spending $$$? Y-E-S ! ! ! !

Playing without paying is more challenging, that's all. Playing without the second sub you worked for, VIP or not, is less fun. My guildmate has been missing the 2nd sub for a couple of weeks. It would be nice to know if they are going to fix it or not instead of being left in Ignore Land.
Ditto the replays, which are very useful and have also been broken and ignored for a couple of weeks.
As Tynon is still accepting payments, I don't think it's unreasonable for players to expect a minimum level of service, even if it amounts to someone taking the time out of their busy day to tell us nothing is going to be fixed at this point.

I don't understand why they wouldn't offer a download version of the game for $$ even if they are done with it. The game is already made. It wouldn't take much work and I'm sure there are at least a thousand players that would buy it, and it could be sold on steam or through origin.
They won't be done with it until people stop coining. Which, if it goes like Evony, will be never. You don't kill the golden goose!
