I was swapping my runes gear to set up for Banish, and while in Banish is seems I do like .5-1.5% damage. The odd time i get 3.5% I removed everything, tried swapping gear, moving gear around. I even tried re-placing the jewels back in the Sword-Spirit. I am trying here first because we all know the chances of resolve in Support Tickets. My formation is
