Ok, you paid real money, and you are not getting the service you paid for, so you can go through your "bank" (the credit card and / or paypal "is" a bank at some point) to make a claim to them that you are NOT getting what you paid for. this will require the same information any claim would require against any merchant, to include tynon / ucool "address". Ucool last had it's agent located in a very sparsely and never answer the phone office in Massachusetts in Faniel Hall. There register "agent" (legal terminology) is (was) located in New Jersey since they are a foreign owned entity...
For all those who still play the game (me included) the hope is that tynon doesn't shut it down which, they "might" do if they get enough legal flack that shutting it down is cheaper than keeping it going. GL
