    Loss of 2nd sub

    I have defeated Ezekiel and he is in my form. Was changing form for banish, and my 2nd sub slot locked. Help! I'm on server 129, Wicked. Can't advance without it.

    i remember that happening and think it auto solved itself..something like it hadnt registerd the win and you have to re-do the kill...cant remember exactly tho

    Thanks. I think it's because I went back and recruited a hero in Royal Challenge that I hadn't bothered beating before.
    Have logged a support ticket and will add to the newer forums too

    Update:
    Contacted Betty in the Heroes Charge community forum. No joy.
    Posted in the forum (by creating a dummy account), got a response from her and a few hours later, my problem was fixed.

    today, October 10, 2016 I went to the Heroes Charge community, which i had to search for to find it as a ucool website, to contact "Betty" as this link states. I wrote the betty i found there and am waiting a reply. I will update this forum thread based on reply (or not). TY

    Hi, i lost my 2nd sub, appears that if you beat Ezekiel and then go back to get Mulan (beat Mulan but did not obtain toon card) then the ucool / tynon developer implementation sets your sub flag to 1 (again, like when you beat mulan to begin with) from 2 (given simple not exact implemetation of 0, 1, 2 respectively for number of subs slots your formation has). Can't someone on the ucool side fix my problem? it is like no time at all, including if you add an if-then-else clause to check that "If beat mulan AND subs = 0 THEN set subs = 1" rather than what appears to be a simple logic oversight "If beat mulan set subs = 1) even though it is 2......
    Oh, yes, depending on where this is implemented, could me a recompile of the related sfw server file...., along with a human being taking the time to actually correct any accounts who post here in this thread (and might include going through all accounts with simple executable to check IF account has Ezkiel THEN set subs = 2)..... anyway one looks at it, this isn't rocket science and is tough to figure out how ucool keeps putting out "spend your money" special sales but can't put a human being on fixing an obvious problem which takes almost no time@!!!!!!!

    Hi, ok, i'll bite (again) on posting I have lost 2nd sub (was over a year ago, nothing done, and i had posted in forum, written ticket to tynon...., nothing. So, anyone out there in Ucool land still employed to help players correct game play errors caused by the software? yeah, going from 2nd sub to not having sort of kills the toon competitiveness with getting better...
    oh, in the event somehow it helps, the toon name in the game on the account is Gecko, forest realm W of House guild. not holding my breath...

    Magic has occurred!!! Both players on 116 who had the problem have their 2nd subs back today, so that's less than 12 hours from the time the message got through to someone who could do something.

    2nd sub is open again!!!!
    So, if you need help with a tynon problem, the "current" (as of October 2016) method to get a communication through to someone in uCool who can "fix" something is to go to one of uCool's "active" games (heroes of Charge in this case), post a NEW THREAD, or post in existing thread if you have the EXACT same issue (do a thoughtful search in forums for an issue like yours ), and you have to register to post in the forums, AND do a private message to one of the ADMINISTRATORS containing the thread you posted to over in that "active uCool" game AND the email address used for the tynon account that has the issue.
    Best of luck, and to warn anyone in advance that posting about fixing a tynon software / "upgrade / repair" suggestion is probagly NOT on uCool's radar screen...., only posting about something that can be corrected with an individual account / event (and yes, a screen capture of the event would be asked for if the "loss / fix" isn't something obvious like this 2nd sub "loss" issue).

    My 2nd sub slot has also closed and I sent tickets,gone to Heroes Charge,posted in forum's and sent "Betty'' my info 5 times (yes 5 times)
    It appears i wont have my 2nd sub for CW a third time.
    HEllllllllllllllPPPPPPPPP!!!!
