Magic has occurred!!! Both players on 116 who had the problem have their 2nd subs back today, so that's less than 12 hours from the time the message got through to someone who could do something.

So, if you need help with a tynon problem, the "current" (as of October 2016) method to get a communication through to someone in uCool who can "fix" something is to go to one of uCool's "active" games (heroes of Charge in this case), post a NEW THREAD, or post in existing thread if you have the EXACT same issue (do a thoughtful search in forums for an issue like yours ), and you have to register to post in the forums, AND do a private message to one of the ADMINISTRATORS containing the thread you posted to over in that "active uCool" game AND the email address used for the tynon account that has the issue.
Best of luck, and to warn anyone in advance that posting about fixing a tynon software / "upgrade / repair" suggestion is probagly NOT on uCool's radar screen...., only posting about something that can be corrected with an individual account / event (and yes, a screen capture of the event would be asked for if the "loss / fix" isn't something obvious like this 2nd sub "loss" issue).
