    2 members of our guild lost their 2nd sub

    We sent tynon mail over a year ago for the 1st player, the 2nd player just lost their 2nd sub. Obviously tynon support is not the way to contact to get them to fix this since the 1st player got a response from Tynon but they never fixed it. Any other options? It is getting annoying.

    Same thing happened to me 2/16/17 and still has not been fixed, they have no problem receiving our money they could atleast fix the problem, or refund everything we put into the game.
