New Player Suggestions

Devs,

Would it be possible to add an automated welcome message in game.

Specifically this is what I am talking about when a new user joins the game would it be possible for you guys to generate an automated message that would be mailed out to that player through the in game mail option welcoming them to the game and letting them know they can come to the forums for tips on how to play the game and for answers to their questions?

In addition to that would it be possible to implement a type of beginner's protection wherein new players to the game would be allowed 7 days (same as the beginner's rewards) to learn the game. Since they would be under protection from attacks it stands to reason that they would also not be allowed to attack during this period while they build up their character and learn about the game?

Even if you guys are not able to do the second suggestion if you guys could think about implementing the first suggestion I think it would go a long way to increase the gaming experience and help new players become more satisfied with the game if they knew of a direct resource for all their gaming questions, instead of spamming the realms and world chat with the same repetitive questions over and over and as you are aware the more satisfied a person is with their gaming experience the more they are likely to become invested in the game and that leads to people purchasing gems = money in your developing pockets!

I was wondering if the assistant could be changed to reflect the level of the player as well. Have it be less pvp based for rewards for the first 20 levels? with a couple of days of bp type protection. Let new players get a good base started with some protection and have the assistant change as they progress forward.

Implementing them together with the forum for assistance and giving them a opportunity to find a guild and get settled as they learn the game.

I would have liked to know about the forums as a newbie. I had to ask a ton of questions. The tutorial stuff was really not very helpful. I wish I had been able to get important information like don't recruit white heros, don't attack people in the wild who are higher levels since they are powered down and building up revenges. I needed a mentor and sometimes still do. I still have no idea what runes to use on what heros or what makes one hero a better tank than another or why I have 12 mill power and can't take a map off of an 8 mil player. Noobs are special and need to be nurtured.

If you search this forum enough, most of your questions can be answered, several times over and in many points of view.
