no-one to help me
i have been unable to login for 2-3 days. i am unhappy there is no where to turn for help on this matter. i am computer illiterate. i don't know what to do or who to ask. seems like this experience cost my $70 and 5 weeks of my life. i would gladly accept a refund and return to evony.

If you are using Chrome. The best browser for this game (you can download it by googling it-I can't give you a web address as I'm UK based)
- Click on the 3 bars at the top right hand corner
- On the drop down menu select "tools" and another menu should appear beside it
- Run you mouse cursor across to the new menu and select clear browsing data
- A new page will open with a window in the centre
- Check all the boxed
- There is rectangle box next to the sentence "obliterate following items from". Click on the arrow on that box and select "the beginning of time"
- Click clear browsing data, wait and you're done!
Also using the same master menu (the 3 bars on the top right hand side) you can select to go incognito, which can help a bit.
EDIT: I nearly forgot to say, make sure you close all your other windows down before clearing a cache-it won't clear out properly.

A lot a of people have had log in issues but Tynon has now fixed them, earning them a thumbs up from the community.
Please try and log in again, hopefully the problem has been sorted for you.
