Might of Helios - Water Realm

On the Might of Helios server, in the Water Realm; we have two 2nd place arena rankings and no 1st. This has been since the release of the server from my knowledge. Was unaware if this was brought to attention yet or not so here I am. Slightly tired of 2nd place rewards.

Still two 2nd place ranks in arena for water realm with no 1st. Checked, every other realm has a 1st place. Again, this is Might of Helios server. Any day.

Still two 2nd places in the arena and no 1st. Lots of missing rewards, they add up....quickly. Even an update on the status of when this will be fixed would be nice. Some type of customer support?

Finally fixed from what I see, now my question is all the resources that would have been gained had they MADE THE SERVER CORRECTLY (caps to stress my point), will they be recomped or just considered lost?

Server was made 7 days ago, had to settle with 2nd place rewards while light realm had two 1st place slots. I think 7 days compensation because of me being '1st place' isn't a ridiculous request. Especially since it doesn't look like I'll hold on to it for much longer.

edit: It's not like asking for something free, it's asking as a paying customer for what I earned and paid to do so. I hope there's a response soon.

that's 5,600,000 credits, and 14,000,000 coins I should have earned, had they made water realm correctly. Not to mention 1400 more rep.

Another addition: The loss of these resources would have been accepted probably in beta, but this is the LIVE game.

I have no doubt the message has been passed on. As moderators (we are volunteers, not employees) we can only pass on concerns and then I'm afraid it's down to Tynon to look into it.

It's not exactly well explained but its one and the same thing, billing support is the CS department.

They just haven't put any other options in yet, hopefully it's something Tynon will sort it out soon.
